  1. Hola mundo! Hello world!
This is the very first comment posted to this blog. I’m sure Paul will be following up with the second very soon!

  2. Hope you like the new theme (Prosumer) which I’ve just installed.
I now need to start tweaking it.

  3. It gives me great pleasure to leave a comment. Hopefully this will become a fabulous blog of a wonderful festival. I always think of Listowel Writers’ Week as Listowel Festival but I guess the horse racing festival has that name.

Thank you Patrick for all your expert work. I look forward to an inspiring collaboration.

  5. Funny you should mention the Races as there will be a racing meeting on the same weekend as WW.
On the subject of Sive does anyone know anything about a free cd of the RTE version of the play being made available by the RTE Guide?
RTE 1’s Nationwide on Monday next May 11 will be devoted to celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first production John B.’s play.

  6. Mary welcome. I must look at your website.

The Races @ Listowel begins after Writers’ Week starts, and I think it goes on a bit longer. Will check. Wouldn’t it be good to get in a bit of literary conversation as a warm up to horsey stuff? Come early to the Races I say.

Good info about the RTE offer. Let’s hope someone has the full facts for us.

It would be good to feature, or link to, a review of RTE Nationwide on Monday 11 May… Anyone know someone in RTE involved in this?
